We want you and your animals to feel supported with every order.

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of the animals we serve, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
